SIRIUS XM records Freakonomics podcast with London Broadcast

US broadcasting giant, Sirius XM, commissions London Broadcast to record several episodes for Freakonomics Radio.


US broadcasting corporation, Sirius XM, has teamed up with London Broadcast to record several location podcasts on topics including The British Museum and economics thinker, Adam Smith.


The production requirement includes a mobile recording capability for a 'walk and talk' conversation Westminster with the Adam Smith Insistute, and a sit down lunch.


The crew visited the British Museum for a location recording about contentious historical artefacts being exhibited.


London Broadcast provided a complete recording solution, including studio, recording for an in person interview in Westminster. Specialist headset microphones with wireless recording were used to achieve the highest audio recording possible during the walking conversations.


The series is now available to listen to on Freakonomics radio.

The project is part of a longstanding relationship with London Broadcast to provide location and studio recording services for several of their audio content, including Freakonomics Radio.
